ReStyling and Updates . . .

I’ve been slacking a little lately with my posts, due to projects in the works . Will keep you updated on progress and pics. It’s a rainy morning here in Miami ( a late start today ). Thanks for all your support!
Happy Anniversary | One Year of Blogging
It has been one year this month I started blogging. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be doing this. Me, nope, nada. And write a blog even less. But, while reading design blogs I realized how happy and passionate these bloggers where writing about what they love. I love design too! so I though to myself, self why not? How great would it be just to write (mind you, I am not a pro writer) about beautiful interior spaces and products that I love. So I did just that. I posted my first post. Great! Ah see that didn’t hurt. Then the next, and next. And then I realized copy write laws. Uh yes. You could say I stopped blogging and started researching and came across Design Sponge website. I found all the information (Biz Ladies section )I was looking for and highly recommend it to any person starting a design or any other blog. Needless to say, you’re the editor of a blog as soon as you hit the publish button and you need to know the rules.
This will be my 59 post for this year and having several dozen under my belt by far doesn’t make me a pro at this, but I can definitely say I have a little more confidence. 
I hope to inspire you this coming year as you all have inspired me. Thank You!

Decor Ideas | Home Office Update
Hello, I hope you all are having a great day. At the moment I’m working on several rooms that need an organizational boost and on the top of the list is (yes!) my office, it really needs an update. This is a small office space so changes will be minimal. My goal is to create a comfortable and visually creative space for me with the emphasis on clutter control (I need mental clarity). Lighting is very important in an office space so, this will be the starting point to my idea decor board. I would like to incorporate one of these working table lamps (pics below) from IKEA. A lot of work still ahead so, off I go web sourcing for products. I love shopping! I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

I love this office space designed by Courtney Hill Interiors. The beachy color palette she selected here of blues and ivories are very calming which is perfect for hours of work-time. And the nail-head trim, glass knobs gives this space a touch of elegance.
